We are proud to be one of Mashonaland East’s fastest-growing agricultural hubs, specializing in premium animal husbandry (pigs, cattle, goats, and free-range chickens) and high-quality crops (sweet potatoes, maize, cowpeas, and fresh greens like Covo)
TEAM WORK
Manhize Farm works with a bond of teamwork. Everyone is a worker at the Farm. All Sectional workers collaborate to create a pyramid of positive outputs. There is no competition for results, but rather, collaboration to produce central profit. All the Farm’s sections feed into each other or draw from each other to make sure that, no section falls behind the others. The Farm has no armchair Managers, Supervisors but everyone puts their shoulder to the soil.
Together, our team combines expertise in veterinary care, crop production, farm management, and modern agricultural development to ensure excellence across all areas of operations. Driven by a shared passion for food security, sustainable farming, and community growth, the Manhize Farm venture is committed to delivering quality products from its fields to the table of humanity.
The Manhize Farm is operationalized from a diverse knowledge of its workers and division of labour. It has qualified young energetic workforce, reinforced with experience of fieldwork. The farm follows modern structures on division of labour for mastery of activity areas. It runs with an animal section further divided into: goat, piggery, chickens and cattle. In addition, the farm has a section on crop production, which is further divided into: garden, maize field, potato field and bean field. The farm activities have started introducing a section on Machinery, Maintenance & Fabrication and another section for Entertainment.
